A1.Call Me uses natural extracts from wasabi, ginger and other natural plants in our anti mold chips with food grade printing ink and decomposable paper.
We are qualified by REACH, DMF and PAHS tests from SGS. So we can guarantee our product is pure organic and environment friendly.

A2.˙ Call Me standard package is 2,000pcs per pack and each chip is 5x5cm.
After receiving anti-mold chip packages, check below steps:
①. Over-wrap is intact. (Damage package is unusable)
②. Any misdelivery ( Product name on label does not match order) Please provide:
1. Your order number.
2. The pictures of the white labels and the damaged parts of package then email to our company.
˙ If there is any damage on the package before opening or misdelivery. We will send the insufficient amount to the clients as soon as possible.
| Q3.Methods to identify valid Call Me Anti Mold Chips. Is there any test report? |

A3.The methods to check Call Me products are still valid.
- Check manufacture date (valid period: 1.5 years from date of manufacture).
- Check package completeness.
- Strong Wasabi smell after opening the package. (Expired chips have less odor or no odor)

Call Me has serious quality control procedure and random inspections in every three months to ensure our clients receiving the best quality products. During the raining season. All the test reports are free for collection.
| Q4.How long is the valid period? How to identify the received products is expired? |

The valid period is 1.5 years from the date of manufacture, manufacture date is showed on the package label. Once the package is opened. The whole package shall be finished within next 48 hours.

Valid anti mold chips have strong Wasabi odor when tear off the laminated release paper after opening the packages. If the package is opened and the odors are vanished or less. It can be sure that it is expired.

No direct sunlight and keep away from fire.

Warehouse shall be clean, dry with good ventilation system.

Read Call Me manual instructions and special notices before operation.

Check the package before opening. Please use one pack at a time.

For remaining chips, put back to original package and seal the edge in order to avoid gas vaporization. The remaining chips shall be finished within next 48 hours. If over this time limited. Please use new anti mold chips.

| Q8.Should factories increase Call Me anti mold chips during wet season? |

For our special care, Call Me increases extract consistency during rainy season for extra protection to the products.
Therefore, there is no need to increase the amount of anti mold chips inside the shoe boxes.

The anti-mold chip extra might appear yellow as natural phenomenon without additional cost to the customer side.
| Q9.How long can it hold after the chips place in side of the carton? |

After the chips placed inside of carton. The carton should be sealed immediately. The ingredients of our chips will decompose the mold and fungus in the carton. Under this condition, the performance can preserve up to 4 months.
| Q10.Should we replace new anti mold chips after the box is reopened? |
|

For any reason that the cartons need to be reopened (e.g goods examinations). We recommend replacing new anti mold chips before cartons are sealed again.

Reason: After the carton is reopened, the gas will evaporate and new fungus/mold spore might possibly fall on the protected product. (Most of boxes have finger hold) If the storage environment is warm and high humidity. There are chances to become moldy. In order to avoid this situation, it would be better to replace a new one.
| Q11.Can molds disappear after we use Call Me anti mold chips when there are molds/fungus on the shoes? |

A11.Once the shoes have become moldy. Please follow steps as below.

Remove the mold/ fungus from the surface.

Go through UV light and the hot air drying tunnel again.

Place the anti mold chips inside the shoe box according to our standard procedure. (We strongly recommend to double your anti mold chips amount.)
Please note, once the shoes have become moldy. Anti-mold chips can only restrain/ slow down the time of developing the mold. The existing mold can not be killed and dissolved.

All order acceptances and delivery are based in Taiwan head office only.

Special Bar-code on each chip and code is changed randomly.

Record product code on the packages for each order for tracking by traders/customers.
For purchased products in China by any distributors are pirated anti mold chips. Please contact Call Me for investigation and we will not be responsible for any damages caused by.
